Refund Policy
At Direct Discount, we are committed to delivering high-quality branding and graphic design services to meet our clients’ expectations. However, due to the nature of our work, we have a structured refund policy in place.
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be issued under the following conditions:
✅ If the project is canceled before any design work has started.
✅ If we fail to deliver the initial design concepts within the agreed-upon timeline.
✅ If we are unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
✅ If technical issues prevent the use of delivered files, and we are unable to fix them.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
❌ If the client has approved any design concepts and work has progressed.
❌ If a project has been partially or fully completed based on client instructions.
❌ If the refund request is due to a change of mind after the design work has begun.
❌ If the delay in project completion is due to client non-responsiveness or lack of required information.
❌ For subjective reasons such as “I don’t like it” after multiple revision rounds.
❌ For services like business card design, stationery, or social media graphics once files have been delivered.
Revision & Modification Policy
We offer 3 rounds of revisions based on the initial concept. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may be charged separately. If the client is unsatisfied, we will attempt to make reasonable modifications before considering a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at contact@discountllcdirect.online with the following details:
✔ Your order details and project scope.
✔ The reason for your refund request.
✔ Any supporting information regarding the issue.
Refund
Our team will review your request within 7 business days and respond accordingly. If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-14 days.
